Detailed summary of all rail primary documents filed with the Surface Transportation Board including leases, security agreements, mortgages, bill of sale, assignment agreements, etc. The report includes the following information when available within the document: involved parties, rail equipment description including markings and numbers, equipment cost, terms, options, loan amount, etc.
The report is issued during the first week of each month and is utilized by rail leasing companies, brokers, financial institutions, and railroads.
